One evening, after yet another exhausting day,l came home to find one of my beloved plants had withered. The blow hit harder than l expected. That little green life had been my quiet companion, and seeing it lifeless made my heart sink.l didn't want to lose that moment-the
feeling of connection to something natural and alive

That night, l discovered resin art. l carefully dried the plant and preserved it in crystal clear resin. lt no longer withered it became eternal. Inside that small piece of art was a memory, a sense of calm. That simple act of preservation marked the beginning of my healing
